Whether in a figure, landscape or purely abstract work, Marilyn's use of color and bold shapes bring an exciting dimension to her work. Images from the hills and mountainous area of her childhood, as well as from her extensive world travel often form a theme for her art.

"I have always been fascinated by the interplay of color and light. Watercolor, acrylic and semi-transparent collage materials form a natural extension through which I try to express the vibrancy and depth of an image."

Marilyn has exhibited in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Oklahoma where she now resides, as well as in Lausanne, Switzerland and Graz, Austria. Her work is included in collections in the USA, Canada and Wales.
