Jo has enjoyed art as a hobby since childhood, having enjoyed working with a variety of forms and mediums.  But it wasn't until after she raised her children that she could pursue painting more actively.

Although She has participated in many oil, pastel and watercolor workshops, oil is currently her medium of choice. 

JO'S ART
Jo primarily paints landscapes that "invite the viewer to come in and sit for awhile," but she also paints portraits and flowers.  She is a member of Focal Point Art Studio in Jenks and several other art groups in Tulsa.
