When Cheryl first moved to Tulsa 19 years ago she was a dedicated teacher who taught in Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and The Panama Canal Zone. She has always been dedicated to art, too, but has only found time in the past 10 years to take workshops from nationally known artists and become involved in several art groups. Cheryl has shown award winning work in Oklahoma (including the State Capitol), Arkansas and Texas. Presently her artwork can be found in collections in seven states. CHERYL'S ART Cheryl also enjoys mixed media painting using acrylics, watercolors, pen and ink, watercolor pencils, colored pencils, and pastels.
